HICA Home Care

We can provide services at any time through a 24 hour period. The service can include everything from shopping and pension collection to domestic care, meal preparation, emergency callouts and personal care.

Before we commence any service we will arrange for an introductory home visit by either a service coordinator or an experienced senior care worker. They will work together with you to produce a service plan which will set out exactly what service you will receive, who will deliver the service, when it will be delivered and at what price (if applicable). Whatever your needs, we will produce a plan that:

• promotes your independence
• enables you to live in your own home with dignity
• respects your own wishes and beliefs
