Anchor Court, HICA Group Headquarters
Founded in 1994, HICA HomeCare is a not for profit organisation in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Doncaster and Bradford.
As a division of the ever-evolving HICA Group, HICA HomeCare has the backing of a well-established Head Office with all of the resources and support that comes with a large organisation.
HomeCare began as a small venture, with the enhancement of our residential care service as its main objective. However, with the advent of the Community Care Act, combined with the decision by local authorities to purchase a larger proportion of domiciliary care from the private and independent sector, the HomeCare aspect of HICA soon began to flourish.
From one small office providing around 200 hours per week, we now have five offices providing a combined total of 7000+ hours per week. As a company we have invested over half a million pounds in our IT systems and we believe our HomeCare management and computerised care monitoring system is one of the most advanced in the country.
