Description:

The Successful candidate will:

  • Deal with enquiries from service users, health care professionals and care workers,
  • monitor incoming calls and service user alarms and respond to emergency situations as they arise.
  • Keep clear and accurate records up to date; on both the computerised database and manual documentation.
  • Ensure effective handover from and to on-call personnel and such communication maintains appropriate care delivery to service users.
